Jenn has held various roles in the mortgage industry since 2011 and spent the first nine years of her career at a firm in Tysons, Virginia, where she started as a Loan Processor before becoming a Loan Officer Assistant. Most recently, Jenn served as a Team Lead for a group of Loan Officer Assistants. Jenn is bilingual and credits her experience as a Processor to a successful transition into a client-facing role. Jenn resides in Annapolis, Maryland with her husband and 3 girls.
