Originally from New Jersey and now proudly local to the Maryland area, Carmen entered the mortgage industry in 2005 after beginning his career in personal and government taxation. His impact was immediate. He quickly advanced to lead an independent branch, earned multiple production awards, and ranked in the top 10% companywide for customer service, setting the foundation for a career built on trust, performance, and long-term relationships.
Today, Carmen operates in the wholesale mortgage space, giving his clients access to virtually every loan product under the sun—often at interest rates .25% to .50% lower than most banks and credit unions, with closing timelines that typically average 21 days or less. From first-time homebuyers and growing families, to step-up and downsizing buyers, as well as complex investment and commercial scenarios, no loan is too small—or too complex—to earn Carmen’s full attention.

Most importantly, Carmen is a devoted family man. He married his college sweetheart in 2009, and together they are raising two sons and a daughter while building strong roots in the community they proudly call home.
