Carmen has over 18 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry. He is a Triple-Major Graduate of West Virginia University in 2003 with degrees in Accounting, Business Marketing/Management and Business Administration. Throughout his career, Carmen has worked in all aspects of the Mortgage Process as well as in Personal and Government taxation. This diverse background allows him to fully understand the Mortgage Process, as well as be an informed support system for all of his clients. Since 2005, Carmen has navigated his way through all aspects of the Lending World. He has recently been recognized by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers as a Loan Officer in the Top 10th percentile in customer service. Carmen joined the Coastal Lending Group, LLC family shortly after starting his own family in 2011. Carmen married his college sweetheart and has 3 amazing children. He has 2 sons who are both honor roll students and varsity youth level athletes. He also has a daughter, who is nothing short of a “Daddy’s girl”, and is also an Honor roll student and a Summit All-Star Cheerleader.
